  • Mitsubishi to cut prices of pure-electric i-MiEV?

    News comes from Japan that Mitsubishi has launched two new local-market i-MiEV models, a cut-priced version and one with extended range. Reuters reports that the ‘M’ version will be priced at 2.6 million yen (£20,129), down by 1.38 million yen (£10,683) compared with the existing model. That’s the good news – the bad news is that this cheaper model has a decreased range of 75 miles, which is 25 miles less than the current i-MiEV.
